cryptoflash.net is a personal content automation tool that:

• Aggregates cryptocurrency news from public sources (RSS feeds, X/Twitter, web search)
• Generates Vietnamese-language video scripts using AI (Anthropic Claude)
• Creates short-form videos with text-to-speech narration
• Publishes videos to your TikTok account with your explicit approval

The App operates as a local tool on your device. It is not a hosted service, SaaS product, or online platform.

3. Account and Authorization

• You must have a valid TikTok account to use the posting features
• You authorize the App to post videos on your behalf via TikTok's OAuth 2.0 flow
• You can revoke this authorization at any time
• You are responsible for the content posted to your TikTok account through the App

4. Content and Responsibility

4.1 AI-Generated Content

Videos created by the App are generated using AI and are automatically marked as AI-generated content (is_aigc=true) in compliance with TikTok's policies.

4.2 Disclaimer

All crypto-related content includes a disclaimer: "This is not investment advice." The App provides news and information only — it does not provide financial advice.

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and approving content before it is posted
• Ensuring content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• Any consequences resulting from content posted to your TikTok account
• Complying with local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Promote scams, pump-and-dump schemes, or fraudulent financial products
• Provide financial advice or investment recommendations
• Spread misinformation or manipulate markets
• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

6. Intellectual Property

• The App's source code is the property of its author(s)
• News content is sourced from publicly available RSS feeds, tweets, and search results with attribution
• AI-generated scripts and videos are created for your use — you retain rights to content posted to your account

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The author(s) are not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from cryptocurrency decisions influenced by the content
• TikTok account restrictions or bans resulting from posted content
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated scripts or news aggregation
• Service interruptions from third-party APIs (TikTok, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Loss of data stored locally on your device

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including TikTok, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Brave Search, and CoinGecko. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by:

1. Revoking TikTok authorization via TikTok settings
2. Deleting local data files
3. Uninstalling the App

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
